عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ أَن جَآءَهُ ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ لَعَلَّهُۥ يَزَّكَّىٰٓ أَوْ يَذَّكَّرُ فَتَنفَعَهُ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ
Transliteration:
ʿAbasa wa tawallā An jā’ahu al-aʿmā Wa mā yudrīka laʿallahu yazzakkā Aw yadhdhakkaru fatanfaʿahu adh-dhikrā.
Translation:
He frowned and turned away, because the blind man approached him. And do you know, maybe he seeks to purify himself, or take admonition, and the admonition may benefit him.
